Duo a Day is a mother/daughter violin duo. Eva plays 1st violin and Hebe plays 2nd violin. Eva started playing the violin on her 3rd birthday. The Champs is a family string ensemble. Eva plays 1st violin and is 11 years old, Abel plays cello and is 10 years old, and Hebe plays violin, viola, or cello. Abel started plucking cello strings at age 2, but officially started actually learning the instrument at age 3. Their repertoire encompasses everything that they learn and play for their youth orchestra (Jonge Strijkers) to trios by extensively well-known composers to self-made arrangements of pop music. Daily practice is always more enjoyable when done together.
